The detective bureau «PROFI» was created on January 1, 2004, by two reserve officers of two different law enforcement agencies — the police and the tax police, with extensive experience in operational work.
This is Zaparenko Alexander Nikolaevich, a tax police colonel in reserve, and Gorbatenko Alexander Yakovlevich, a police colonel in reserve. In addition, in cooperation with detectives, the bureau employs specialists in information and technical means of security and intelligence, and external surveillance specialists.
Over many years of service and detective practice, detectives have established close connections among lawyers, law enforcement officers and colleagues in detective and information activities in the USA, Europe, Israel, the Baltics, and the CIS countries. We have also opened branches in the Samara region and the city of Kyiv.
